This is a deliciously creamy addition to desserts, or to add to your favourite fruit

Hazelnut cream is delicious and creamy with a delicate flavour that goes beautifully with fruit or poured over any dessert. Great to have frozen as an ice-cream as well...very versatile.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight in filtered water)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup organic cold pressed coconut oil
  • 3 Tablespoons organic pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut extract (more if you want a stronger flavour)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste to check flavour (Don't add too much hazelnut extract if adding extra, otherwise you will change the delicate balance of flavours)
  3. Pour over fruit, other desserts or semi freeze to use as ice cream...delicious. You can also sprinkle with nut meg.
