Berry Delicious Jam

This is a very delicious easy to make jam and will be lovely to use on toast, crackers, in salads and added to fresh fruit salad. You could also add a teaspoon to mineral water for a refreshing berry delight.
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen organic blueberries
- ½ cup frozen organic raspberries
- ½ cup frozen organic strawberries
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the frozen berries and dates to a high speed blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and well mixed. You can also thaw the berries prior to blending as this will make it easier to blend (but not necessary).
- Place mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seed. This will help the mixture thicken
- Let stand for 10 minutes, stir well and place in a glass jar to store in the fridge.
- This should stay fresh for several weeks...if it lasts that long đŸ™‚
