True Body Connection has been developed to offer genuine individualised support to help you navigate many of life challenges in the fast paced, stressed filled life that many of us seem to have been caught up in.  Stress in our body seems to becoming more of a norm, and is taking its toll on our mental health, physical health and reduces our ability to maintain our body in a relaxed healthy state, where we can enjoy our relationship with our body, with food and maintain our ideal natural weight.

If this sounds like you and you are genuinely sick of the never ending weight loss strategies, stress relief gimmicks and grueling heavy exercise routines that are being promoted, it may be time to feel into a different way of approaching these challenges.

As a qualified Health Coach specialising in Mind Body Nutrition and Psychology of Eating,  I am able to provide you with fresh insights as to how your body is responding to all these challenges, which will be different for every person and every body. I do not take a one size fits all approach and support you as an individual because your body will respond and react differently to everyone else’s body.  Working together we will discover what is going to support you in your journey to improved your health and wellness.  You many be struggling with low energy, digestive issues, slow metabolism, weight issues or health related problems, or you may be affected with an eating disorder or you feel like you have lost control of your life…or you may just need to rebuild your relationship with food and with your body.

As we work together, you will discover how to connect into your body wisdom to build a more loving and honouring relationship with your body and will learn how to support your body in the best way possible. You will come to understand how your body is communicating and how you can support your body to deal with the challenges of stress, toxins and all the processed foods that have become a part of our normal every day life.

Diets simply do not work…One size does not fit all when it comes to health, wellness, energy, vitality and weight loss, every individual is different and will have different for symptoms that show up in their body and different reasons for weight gain and weight loss.

If you are struggling with life, with health, or with weight issues, and have tried everything and nothing has worked…then it may be time to change your approach to getting healthy.  It may be time to try a different way that does not involve punishing yourself, your body and restricting your joy in life.
